  • Full statutory cover — all leave (annual, sick, family responsibility and AWOL replacement), provident fund, bonus, UIF, skills levy and COID — plus equipment, chemicals, consumables and uniforms

Delivered by 2 operators, Mon–Fri — one full day (07:00–17:00), one half day (07:00–13:00) — plus a Saturday morning, working off a signed daily checklist and reported live in Epicode. The monthly fee carries full statutory cover: all leave (annual, sick, family responsibility and AWOL replacement), provident fund, bonus, UIF, skills levy, COID, uniforms, chemicals, equipment and contract management.

Method: Daily blow and sweep of leaves off paving, beds and drain runs; monthly pressure wash of paving. Quarterly moss and algae treatment on shaded areas is invoiced separately, given the extent of the paved areas.

Maintenance only. Staffed by one experienced operator, Monday–Friday (07:00–16:00). Excludes tree felling, and consumables such as petrol, top soil, fertiliser, plants and replacement planting — these are quoted separately or client-supplied. Removal of garden debris (green waste) from site is handled by an external supplier and invoiced separately. The monthly rate assumes the grounds are first brought up to standard via the one-off reset (see pricing).

Pricing holds until 28 February each year. Gazetted wages increase on 1 March, and our fees adjust from that date at broadly the same rate.

One-off grounds reset · once R45,000 excl VAT

Before the monthly garden rate applies, the grounds are brought up to standard — a one-week reset covering removal of all debris (dead leaves and branches), tree and grass trimming, weeding the main-road fence line, clearing debris from the river, pathway maintenance and rubble removal. The monthly maintenance rate above holds on the basis that this reset is completed first. This is a once-off cost, separate from the monthly fee; the final figure may adjust if the work takes more or fewer days than the week estimated.
